Vitamin K2 (20mcg)

Vitamin K2, which is also known as menaquinone, is present in both animal and fermented foods and plays a role in many functions within our body. A small amount of it is also produced naturally by human gut bacteria by turning Vitamin K1 into Vitamin K2.

Vitamin E is a powerful fat-soluble antioxidant that protects cell membranes from oxidisation.  These antioxidant properties help support eye health and vision.

Vitamin D3 (1000 IU)

Your body produces vitamin D naturally when it’s directly exposed to sunlight. Vitamin D is difficult to obtain from diet alone as not many foods are rich in vitamin D.  Perhaps its most important function is regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus for bone health and facilitating normal immune system function.

Vitamin C (60mg)

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for the growth, development and repair within body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. Vitamin C is one of many antioxidants that can protect against damage caused by harmful molecules called free radicals.

Vitamin B1 (50mg)

Vitamin B1, or thiamine, helps with the conversion of carbohydrates into energy.  Vitamin B1 is involved in the flow of electrolytes into and out of muscle and nerve cells.

Vitamin B2, or Riboflavin helps break down proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. It plays a vital role in maintaining the body’s energy supply. Riboflavin helps convert carbohydrates into adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The human body produces ATP from food, and ATP produces energy as the body requires it. The compound ATP is vital for storing energy in muscles. Vitamin B2 supplements may change urine colour to bright yellow. This is harmless and temporary.

Vitamin B5 (50mg)

Vitamin B5 is a water-soluble vitamin from the B group of vitamins. It helps produce energy by breaking down fats and carbohydrates. It also promotes healthy eyes, skin and hair. People need B5 to synthesize and metabolize fats, proteins, and coenzyme A.
